Terry Harte, President, Australian Diving Association, honorary meet director; The Queensland Diving Association and staff, meet managers. This was the site of the l988 2nd World Masters Aquatics. These World Masters Games were supposed to be held in Minneapolis, Minn. last year and were cancelled for lack of financial support. Australia picked them up and reports had over 23,000 athletes from over 69 countries in attendance, more than Toronto and Denmark combined. 64 divers participated.
